The Bunga Oval Gel Pad is used to simultaneously cushion and protect your outside ankle bone and tendon from rubbing, pressure, shock and vibration. The gel is designed to stay in place against the skin. Simply place the pad under a sock or tight. You may also use foam pre-wrap and medical tape to hold the gel at any othe location. It is easily removed from your skin after use. This pad is used for blister and abrasion prevention and reduction of pressure on your "ankle bones". Two common uses for this pad is to protect your navicular bone (the little bone that appears to develope near the arch of the foot and looks like a "second ankle bone"). Place the Oval pad at and angle from your inside ankle bone to the navicular bone - stops two pains with one pad.
