The Bunga(tm) Ankle Strapping System is designed to support the Ankle area. It is made of 1/16" perforated latex free neoprene which is coated on two sides with nylon. It fits either a right or left ankle and easily fits into any shoe. The Bunga Stability System is composed of a system of hook and loop closures made of velcro brand velcro combined with medial and lateral stabilization straps and two stabilizing top straps. Additionally a u-shaped 15" spiral stay is incorporated to prevent migration. This System works well to stabilize movement on a twisted ankle after injury. The brace provides lateral and medial stability. It acts as a protective support. It is good for long -term management and post-operative management for the ankle area. The brace helps to resist inversion and eversion and allows for full dorsal and plantar flexion. A light duty version of this brace is available as the BACS
