This universal wrap-around knee pad is made of 1/8 UBL plush material on one side and the otherside with neoprene. A patellar opening aligns the knee cap and provides comfort. A neoprene buttress has dynamic pull tabs for the user to adjust the pressure from the outside of the support. Medial and lateral spiral stays are incorporated into the brace for support. The standard size standard will fit a thigh up to 26" in circumference. For thighs up to 30" circumference, order the "OS" option below. This product is a universal right or left fit and one size fits most.
