Where Do We Ship?

Ordering an item from Absolute Athletics, LLC? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. There are some shipping restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We ship All Items FOB our Warehouse.

All orders/products purchased are shipped FOB our Warehouse (Free on Board). The shipping cost from the factory or warehouse to the buyer is paid by the purchaser. Ownership of the goods is transferred to the buyer as soon as it leaves the point of origin/our warehouse. Absolute Athletics, LLC, it assigns or partners, shall ship according to the buyer's requested shipping method. In some cases, Absolute Athletics, LLC has to ship the product in another or different manner than requested by the buyer. Absolute Athletics LLC reserves the right to change the shipping method based upon the conditions at the time. Buyer is reponsible for any or all losses including but not limited to the loss, damage, destruction, non-delivery or non-receipt of goods or products ordered by the Buyer. Absolute Athletics, LLC, its assigns or partners, are NOT responsible for any or all losses including but not limited to the loss, damage, destruction, non-delivery or non-receipt of goods or products ordered by the Buyer once the products or goods have been delivered to the transportation company or have been picked up at the factory or warehouse by the transportation company. Absolute Athletics LLC's only responsibility to deliver the products or goods ordered by the Buyer is to a deliver said goods or products to a transportation company for delivery to the Buyer. Buyer accepts that delivery of such goods and products to a transportation company for delivery to buyer shall complete the obligations of Absolute Athletics LLC, its assigns and partners, regarding the delivery of the product. Buyer is furthermore responsible to make all claims regarding any aforementioned losses to the appropriate transportation company. Buyer is obligated to seek all redress for any and all of aforesaid losses against the transportation service itself, but not against Absolute Athletics LLC.

Duties, Customs Charges, Taxes, Brokerage Fees?

The shipping and handling charges you are provided do NOT include any charge for duties, customs, taxes and brokerage fees charged by your local jurisdiction, government or shipping agency. These expenses are the responsibility of the customer (You) and will be determined by your local government and its related agencies, or your shipping company or agency. Absolute Athetlics LLC is NOT responsible for any of these costs or fees.

How Much Does It Cost?

Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to Checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options and preferences to see how the prices and delivery estimates change.

How Do We Ship?

We provide a wide selection of delivery options that let you choose how quickly you want to receive your order. General delivery information for Standard, Two-Day, and One-Day shipping can be determined at check-out.

When Do We Ship?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Generally, orders require 3 business days to process. We do make an try to ship faster for overnight requests, but there is no guarantee that we can ship any sooner than 3 business days after you place your order. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form and, you'll see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

Where's Your Stuff?

After you've placed your order, you can check on the shipping status on your order by selecting Orders from the My Account dropdown menu. This will display a list of orders you have placed. Select an Order ID to view the order. Look for the tracking number under the Order Info section.

Shipping Restrictions:

Warranty and Legal issues and restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. In addition, some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address. You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected. Below are some general guidelines for items shipped by Absolute Athletics, LLC to the following destinations:

1. Alaska and Hawaii
2. APO/FPO Addresses
3. Guam and U.S. Protectorates / Insular Areas
4. U.S. Protectorates (including Puerto Rico)
5. Prisons
6. International Shipping

If you are purchasing an item from Absolute Athletics, LLC, read about the shipping restrictions.

1. Alaska and Hawaii Addresses

Most items can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii addresses. Available shipping options will appear at checkout when you enter a shipping address.

2. APO/FPO Addresses

All items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. The most important issue in receiving your goods is Address Accuracy. (See Below)

Address Accuracy:

Make sure you get your Bunga products and stay in the game! Incorrectly entered addresses may unnecessarily delay shipment. Please enter address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors.

Here are some address tips:

City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO."

State/Province/Region field: Enter the two-letter code for the region where the recipient is stationed. Typically, but not always, the code is "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East; "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas; and "AP" for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific.

Country field: Always select "United States" regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Product Delivery Times: Following these steps will ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.

3. Guam and U.S. Protectorates/Insular Areas

To ship to addresses for Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Guam, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or Federated States of Micronesia following these steps should help:

Country field: Select "United States."

ZIP Code field: Always double-check for the correct ZIP code.

Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) Addresses: If you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number; instead, use # or PMB. This will help make sure that your address is not mistaken for a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service.

4. U.S. Protectorates (including Puerto Rico)

We offer two shipping methods for orders sent to addresses in U.S. protectorates and territories: Standard Shipping and International Priority Shipping. (Note that if you select International Priority, your shipment will be considered international and may be subject to customs fees and import duties.)

Please check the protectorates list at the bottom of this page to see if these terms apply to your destination.

We will calculate the charge for each shipment, plus additional an additional handling charge of $3.00. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Standard Shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. However, some destinations may take longer. International Priority Shipping usually takes 1 to 4 business days, but is not a guaranteed service.

5. Prisons

Absolute Athletics, LLC delivers to penitentiaries, but we strongly suggest you contact the prison first to confirm that they accept deliveries and to note any special regulations the prison might have. Some prisons place a limit on the number of items contained in a package.

We're unable to affix any special labels or instructions to the packages and on the outside will indicate only the destination address, our company name, and our return address. We also cannot allow gifts to be sent anonymously to inmates; the sender's billing address will appear on the order invoice.

Because inmates cannot sign for deliveries, packages must be sent via U.S. Mail. While Absolute Athletics, LLC often sends packages via U.S. Mail, we also use FedEx. There is no way for customers to request a specific shipper. To avoid delivery problems, you might consider having the items shipped to you and then shipping them to the penitentiary via U.S. Mail.
