Exchanges: Although we do NOT accept product back for a refund as all sales are final, we will accept unused, new product back for exchange within 10 days after the date of the invoice with a 20% exchange fee. Please note that this DOES NOT APPLY to all of our products. Certain items cannot be exchanged, for example, any custom brace, which includes any and all special order braces, or made in any color but black neoprene, or size other than extra small through extra-large.
Each product returned for exchange must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its packaging. For example, make sure that there are no price stickers (or residue from where they have been removed), or tags on the product or the packaging.
